All returns most be Unwashed, unworn merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
All Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. RA# must be written on the outside of the packaging. If Ra# is not visible or provided, package may get lost or returned back to sender.
On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate reason for return.
Pack merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return. All information provided has to match the credit card information that was originally use to order the items.

We recommended our customers to send all returns with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Alymali is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. All returns must be shipped prepaid unless instructed otherwise in writing from Alymali Headquarter. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Alymali Brand would like to point out to our customers that we will do whatever it takes within our returns policy regulations to satisfy our much appreciated customers. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
