Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.)

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
We ship via UPS Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. UPS Home Delivery delivers packages Monday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses. Orders sent by 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Alymali.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipping may vary.
Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include Create Your Own items will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 days of order placement. All delivery schedules (listed below) are in addition to the 2 to 4 day timeframe for order completion. Once your entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the UPS tracking information.
Limited edition items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS ONLINE
If you have a registered account with Alymali.com, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the UPS tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the UPS Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you do not have an Alymali.com account yet, set one up at My Account.
You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Orders, on the My Account page. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
