RETURN POLICY

ATTENTION (Returns)

1. YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RECEIVE A REFUND. IT MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX (EXAMPLE RA# ____). IF OUR WAREHOUSE DOES NOT SEE THE NUMBER, YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise refund. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

All sales final on sale item(s).

Intimate apparel items will not be accept. No refunds will be given to on sale items.

2. All information provided has to match the credit card information that was originally use to order the items.

You may return purchases by mailing it to our return department at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refundable.

1. Return an Alymali purchase by mail
2. Please include your packing slip and return form.
3. For returns, the original credit card will be credit.
4. We apologize but we do not offer exchanges
5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible.

Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Alymali is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return status
Returns mailed ALYMALI may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Alymali Brand would like to point out to our customers that we will do whatever it takes within our returns policy regulations to satisfy our much appreciated customers. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one to two billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
